sule78 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported payment methods include major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
All deposits are processed subject to successful verification by the payment provider. sule78 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges independently. Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance instantly or within minutes, though processing times may vary due to bank maintenance windows or network delays beyond our control.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your sule78 Account are derived from legitimate sources, are owned by you, and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. sule78 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds verification at any time and may request supporting documentation, including bank statements or employment records.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section.
Standard withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 2 hours for verified Accounts during business hours. VIP-tier members may receive expedited processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to security review, and sule78 reserves the right to request additional documentation or delay processing if suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or breach of Terms is suspected.
sule78 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard requests; however, excessive withdrawal requests (more than three per day or ten per week) may incur administrative fees at our discretion. Your bank or payment provider may impose receiving fees independently.
An Account is deemed inactive if no login, deposit, or wager activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. sule78 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of IDR 50,000 or 5% of the remaining Account Balance (whichever is lower) on Accounts inactive for more than twelve consecutive months. You will be notified via email at least thirty (30) days prior to the application of any such fee.
sule78 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, and other incentives ("Bonuses") from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet limits, game contribution percentages, and validity periods, which are disclosed at the time the Bonus is offered.
You may hold only one active Bonus on your Account at any given time. Bonuses are non-transferable, non-withdrawable until wagering requirements are met, and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent. Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus funds must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before they are converted to withdrawable cash Balance.
Wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "turnover") specify the number of times you must wager the Bonus amount, or the deposit-plus-Bonus amount, before Bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a 100% deposit Bonus up to IDR 1,000,000 with a 10× wagering requirement on a deposit of IDR 500,000 means you must place total bets of IDR 5,000,000 (10 × IDR 500,000 Bonus) before the Bonus converts to withdrawable Balance.
Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, table games and live casino contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute 100% only if they meet minimum odds thresholds (commonly 1.50 or higher per selection). Full contribution rates are disclosed in each Bonus's specific terms.
sule78 reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts in cases of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate Accounts to claim multiple new-player Bonuses, engaging in arbitrage betting, using automated betting systems or bots, placing minimal-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other Users, or otherwise exploiting Bonus offers in bad faith.
If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, any active Bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited, and only your original deposited funds (if any remain) will be returned to your Account Balance.
All Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your Bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming placement. sule78 will not cancel or amend Bets once accepted unless a Manifest Error (as defined in Section 5.5) occurs or sule78 exercises its discretion under exceptional circumstances.
Maximum and minimum stake limits apply to all Bets and vary by game type, market, and User Account status. sule78 reserves the right to refuse or limit any Bet at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, syndicate betting, or attempted exploitation of technical or pricing errors.
Sports Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). In the event of a match postponement, sule78 will void Bets if the match is not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, unless otherwise stated in specific sport rules.
For football betting, Asian handicap (voor bola) and Over/Under markets are among the most popular formats in Indonesia. Asian handicap Bets are settled based on the final score adjusted by the handicap line. If a match is abandoned before full-time, Bets are typically void unless the match is replayed within 48 hours or specific market rules state otherwise.
Casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider. sule78 is not responsible for game malfunctions, software bugs, or connectivity issues caused by third-party providers or your own internet service. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected Bets and payouts are void.
Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by licensed providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Decisions made by live dealers are final. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the game round completion and will be reviewed using recorded game footage.
sule78 offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products in 2D, 3D, and 4D formats. Draw results are determined by official third-party draw mechanisms and published immediately upon official confirmation. Bets are settled based on the official draw result; any disputes must reference the official draw record.
Sabung ayam (cockfighting) betting follows the outcomes of live-streamed matches. Bets are placed on Meron (favored fighter) or Wala (underdog), and results are determined by the match referee's official decision. In the event of a draw or "no contest" result, Bets are typically refunded at odds of 1.00.
A "Manifest Error" includes, but is not limited to: obviously incorrect odds (e.g., decimal odds of 1000.00 for a heavy favorite), incorrect event details, incorrect start times, technical glitches causing duplicate Bet acceptance, or any other clear and obvious mistake in the presentation of a market or Bet offer.
sule78 reserves the right to void Bets, correct settlements, and recover incorrectly credited funds in cases of Manifest Error, regardless of whether the Error was caused by human or system malfunction. You will be notified of any such correction via email or Account notification.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, text, data, and other materials available on the sule78 Platform are the exclusive property of sule78 or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent from sule78, except as necessary for normal web browser caching and personal viewing.
